What is the Cellenis® PRGF System?

The Cellenis® PRGF system is an autologous cellular treatment system built on a patented separator and permeable filter gel technology. It isolates platelets at the highest possible efficiency while eliminating unwanted components — red blood cells (RBC), leukocytes and neutrophils — that can negatively affect the healing process.

How it works

  • Growth factors released by activated platelets stimulate the formation of new blood vessels (angiogenesis) in the target tissue.
  • It strongly triggers tissue repair and new collagen synthesis, thickening the epidermis and improving skin texture, elasticity and tone.
  • Thanks to a fast, safe and standardized centrifugation process, specialist physicians obtain a high concentration of biologically rich autologous cell replication.
What's in the syringe matters Thanks to Cellenis® gel technology, red blood cells are trapped at a rate of 99.8%, while the targeted growth factors and platelets are retained in the plasma at maximum concentration.

Tube Technology

  • Vacuum-sealed sterile glass construction: Specially coated to prevent early platelet adhesion to the tube wall and premature degranulation.
  • Modified anticoagulant formulation: Optimized acidity preserves platelet viability while eliminating the burning sensation typically felt during injection.
  • Patented physical separator filter gel: Retains more than 80% of total platelet volume in the upper phase, traps 99.9% of red blood cells at the base (the resulting PRP is a pure golden-yellow color, not pink or red), and filters out 92–96% of pro-inflammatory neutrophils.

Clinical Application Protocols & Results

Classified as an FDA Class II and CE Class IIb certified medical device, the system offers clinics a standard, reliable and operator-independent workflow. Its physiological pH balance minimizes pain and inflammatory reactions during tissue injections.

Trichological (hair) applications

A protocol of 3 sessions applied at 4-week intervals produced a statistically significant increase in follicle density and hair shaft thickness in the treated area. In 5-session courses, high hair quality retention was observed even 6 months after the first application.

Dermatological and aesthetic skin applications

Micro-injection applications to the submental (chin) area showed noticeable tissue firming, elasticity improvement and tightening 3 months after treatment. In the treatment of acne scars and epidermal blemishes, visible improvement in skin smoothness and tone uniformity was observed as early as 2 months after the first application.
